Spring into Connection at Mt. Zion’s Senior Center!

Join us for the MTZ Senior Center Activities – Spring 2026, where community, learning, and fun come together every week. Seniors are invited to gather every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., April 1 through May 27, 2026, for engaging activities designed to nourish mind, body, and spirit.

Enjoy a vibrant mix of health and fitness, arts & crafts, games, and snacks, devotions, and lectures and workshops - with even more surprises along the way. Participation is open to all seniors, with a one-time $25 registration fee (cash only) covering activities for the season.

All activities take place at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church,

Fall 2025 Series

Join us every Wednesday beginning September 10, 2025, through Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 10 am-1 pm in Byrd Hall. There is a one-time fee of $25 payable in cash on your first visit. Please use the Wabash Avenue entrance.

During our sessions, we will cover a variety of topics: arts & crafts, exercise activities and fitness tips, financial matters and taxes, skin care, games, and more!

You can register on-site the day of your first visit. We look forward to seeing you and sharing in some valuable activities.
